Bluegrass Distillers opened their tasting room doors and introduced their first product in November 2015.This bourbon Whiskey was produced in Lexingto n, Kentucky using locally-grow organic ingredients and distilled in a copper still from Portugal.The mash bill for their first batch is comprised of 80% corn and 20% rye.It ages for about 6 months in charred oak barrels and is bottled at a hefty 54.% ABV.
