A nice little dessert pour of Penelope’s Crème Brûlée!
A good customer of mine gave me this bottle as a thank you fir helping him this week. For a guy that truly has no taste buds, (he really can’t taste anything) he has a great taste in bourbon. I have never had this before and it was a great pour. I’ll have to find some of their upper end bottles and see how they are now.

75% corn, 16% wheat, 9% malted barley mashbill. Made and aged in house in the North Georgia Mountains. Coming in at 135.4 proof. Aged 6 years in a 30 gallon barrel.
This is a bottle from a barrel pick I participated in. A lot of popular Liquor Stores in the state of Georgia will usually have their own Founders Pick available. I highly recommend grabbing one if you see it.

Not a bad day to have a pour of this tasty gem. The smoke added is magical! Love this electric, rechargeable smoker.. no butane needed. Push the button & watch the show and then enjoy!
We usually make our own Old Fash syrup, but had to try the new Penelope RTD release. Large ice cube and orange peel was all that was needed. Impressed!
