Peerless Toasted Bourbon Batch 4. What a great pour from start to finish.
On the nose. I get butterscotch, spiced oak and some citrus. < Read Morebr />
The palate really brings that spiced oak forward and gives it almost a ginger note which reminds me of a ginger snap cookie covered in butterscotch.
The juice has a great mouthfeel and I find the finish is moderate to long.
If you can find a bottle, snatch it up! Read Less
