Georgia Craft Distilleries are doing something right. This Big Creek Distilling Co Single barrel is the best "poor man's Stagg" I have ever tried. Even beat a few real Stagg Batches in a blind.

I can't recall if I shared this pour. This stuff wasn't available a couple of years ago in my area but now it's in every bottle shop I walk in to. That's a good thing!
Cinnamon cherry cough drop on the nose and the palate. Great bottle actually even though wild turkey products are not on the top of my favorites list. Good texture and finish. Just not crazy about the cough drop note.

1st wheated bourbon I’ve tried and I can honestly say….I’m hooked 😎.
👃🏾: honey, vanilla, dark fruit, & cinnamon.
👅: honey wheat, berries, vanilla, with cinnamon, peppery spice, & lingering charred oak on the finish.
Great 100 proof budget bourbon that delivers on flavor. It’s viscous, the finish sticks around for a bit and at an srp of $46…you can’t beat it 🤷🏾♂️
Overall I give this bottle a 8.8/10 (nose-9, palate- 8.2, finish- 8.8, price- 9.5)

Hitting up another bottle of Starlight this evening. The orange in the triple sec finish really sings in this four year bourbon. Sticky sweet and fresh, awesome early summer pour. Cheers y’all!
One of the most underrated bottles available. The absolute best texture is have had in a more budget friendly and shelf available bourbon.
