Sugar and strawberries on the nose so pleasant and delicate. On the palate I get the same bit more of a punchy flavor with a hint of ethanol. Very well balanced and I still want to say delicate especially upfront. Flavor transfers through all the way to the finish.

Little Book “chapter 4” it begins sweet & peppery and transcends into a thick rich carmel syrup surrounded by plum & fig. A well balanced whiskey that finishes with vanilla & spice ”all things nice”. Who doesn’t love the nutty sweet goodness of a Knob Creek Singe Barrel!? Its rich dark nutty red fruit takes the drivers seat while the carmel and lucious cinnamon/nutmeg ride shotgun in this fast and furious ride across your palate .
This noses and drinks like bourbon from back in the day. Dusty oak and cherry Vanilla Coke. Rich and syrupy texture with ha long finish. A bourbon you can really sip and enjoy to take the edge off during a long day.
Michters 10 Year Rye. Exceptional. Full of spice, and the absolute best texture in a rye i have ever experienced. Cheers
