I can’t think of a better bottle to kick of my favorites for this year than with Jefferson Cask Strength.
The phrase “if you know,you know” I think perfectly describes this. It hits everything you’d ever want in Cask Strength pour with the only issue I’ve been able to find in it…. I didn’t buy a backup. Hopefully Jefferson’s has another treat for us next year! Cheers!🥃

Oh my god this smells like cake. Like Chantilly cake from Whole Foods. It’s a light vanilla cake with strawberries and blueberries and a light almost cream cheese frosting. I love that cake because it isn’t too sweet or dense and actually refreshing in a way.
Woahhh the palate is insane. It actually starts off so light. Delicate and soft like a Madeline cookie, then the flavor blossoms and my whole mouth starts to water as I get the full body of the high proof pour minus the ethanol. One of my favorite bottles ever.
