Zero Alcohol. Zero Sugar. Zero Guilt. Taste Tennessee Whiskey vibes
Smells like a confectionary factory. Bright strawberry candy like that candy that has the wrapper that looks like a strawberry. A bit of cherry licorice as well towards the back. I also get a gorgeous perfume sweet & spicy combo.
Oh man this drinks special. Get a bit of ethanol but once the wave passes I’m greeted with a gushers-like burst of flavor that makes me want to savor every second of the experience. The finish isn’t terribly long but the initial blast of flavor and the lingering tingling sensation I’m left with makes me ok with it. Like life, some things aren’t meant to last forever, so it’s best to enjoy them while they are there. This bourbon is turning me philosophical.

Finally cracking open the Old Fitzgerald 7yr.
The hype is real.
The nose has butterscotch, creamy vanilla bean, and fresh baked bread.
The texture is very pleasant and thick. Very good legs on the glass.
The flavor profile has notes of apricot weaved in with the caramel, lightly fruity with some oak spice at the very end, the creamy texture makes the vanilla bean and toasted banana that comes through on the finish feel like a dessert.

Another great bourbon from Buffalo Trace that is hard to find
Wild Turkey isn’t normally my go to but I have to give respect where respect is due with this release. I get cherry cola and cinnamon.
Palate I still get a full body cherry and a nutty funk. Reminds me of a nice dusty knob creek bit with more cherry. Nice full body and good finish. A good staple of my bar.
