Hi guys I'm WhiskeyPep and you can find me under this name on Instagram and TikTok butInsta is the main page for talking whiskey.
this is Eagle Read MoreRare 10 yro,but this is a bit different. It's first single cask or barrel pick of Eagle Rare in Ireland it was done by John from Carry Out Killarney.
I think it's brilliant pick.
Strong nose of dark fruits, vanilla, oak, caramelised apple, cinnamon sticks
First sip..thick chewy dark fruits bit, tropical zest, caramelised nuts, oak, raisins, sultanas, vanilla custard reminds me of good quality egg nog but with higher abv or proof
Finish medium but dtick in the mouth👌
Not sure if there are any bottles left but for 60 euro it's a bargain
I'm new to this app so apologies for any mistakes
Enjoy your 🥃 Read Less

This bottle was made specifically to enjoy with cigars. Definitely a high proof and flavor bomb, a bit too intense without the cigar muting my taste b Read Moreuds balancing the flavor perfectly to enjoy together. So many flavors come out and every time I take a sip I get a different taste. Read Less
Review #13 Yellowstone Small Batch 6 Year
Distillery: Limestone Branch
ABV/Proof: 53.5/107
Age Statement: 6 ye Read Morears
Mash Bill: 75% Corn, 13% Rye and 12% Malted Barley Non Chill Filtered
Earlier this year, Yellowstone made another addition to there core lineup with adding a Small Batch 6 Year 107 Proof. This release, not only pays homage to what made them top selling whiskey during the 1960s, is also their first age stated product! And yes.. The bottle does have a very similar look to another we won’t mention.
Nose: Heavy cinnamon spice right away, wow! Caramel, very faint cherry, signs of green apple, nuttiness, tobacco, oak and a hint of vanilla lingers.
Palate: Much like the nose, cinnamon red hots lead the way up front. As it opens, notes of caramel, green apple, and mild vanilla emerge, followed by peanut, tobacco, and oak, with caramel once again taking charge mid-palate.
Finish: Like everything else, it carries the spice right through, caramel, quite drying, and a mixture of tobacco and oak stick with me.
I would rate this a 7 out of 10 and consider it a buy, only if you like something that carries a punch.
The first thing that came to my mind after my initial taste…. Bookers like. For 107 proof, I find this to drink a lot hotter, but in a good way. Would I consider this to be very complex, no, but what it does offer is well done and very enjoyable! Cheers!🥃🥃
