Sugar and strawberries on the nose so pleasant and delicate. On the palate I get the same bit more of a punchy flavor with a hint of ethanol. Very well balanced and I still want to say delicate especially upfront. Flavor transfers through all the way to the finish.

Little Book “chapter 4” it begins sweet & peppery and transcends into a thick rich carmel syrup surrounded by plum & fig. A well balanced whiskey that finishes with vanilla & spice ”all things nice”. Its youth isn’t forgotten, as the pre mature heat lingers as to not take away from its blissful offering but simply remind us that it can only get better with age. Chers SIPN🥃

Who doesn’t love the nutty sweet goodness of a Knob Creek Singe Barrel!? Its rich dark nutty red fruit takes the drivers seat while the carmel and lucious cinnamon/nutmeg ride shotgun in this fast and furious ride across your palate .
This noses and drinks like bourbon from back in the day. Dusty oak and cherry Vanilla Coke. Rich and syrupy texture with ha long finish. A bourbon you can really sip and enjoy to take the edge off during a long day.
