Celebrating international whiskey day with some Four Roses Single Barrel Barrel Strength OBSO.
Cherry pie and powdered sugar on top. Strawberries and cream as well. Really nice and balanced nose. Time has done this bottle really good in opening up and maturing.
Cherry and vanilla transfers well on the palate and wow this bottle was never that high on my favorites but today it’s just hitting the spot. Great texture and good creamy finish. This is why I love having a wide array of bottles for when I’m craving different profiles.
