High West Bourye - was unique so wanted to try this bourbon/rye blend. On the nose very strong. Has sweet notes of caramel and a subtle bit of fruitiness. This is coupled by a bit of spice reminding me of a rye. The balance is impressive with oak and a touch of cinnamon. Will definitely try more from them
