Join us at our SoDo distillery every Saturday from 1–6pm for drop-in tasting hours. No reservations or tickets required.

Experience Seattle’s first bourbon, crafted grain-to-glass right here in our working distillery. Enjoy a guided whiskey flight featuring our flagship bourbon and other house expressions while chatting with us about the production process, from sourcing local grain to mashing, fermenting, distilling, aging, and bottling on-site.

This is a casual, open-house style experience. Whether you’re a longtime whiskey enthusiast or simply curious about how bourbon is made, our team is happy to answer questions and share what makes our spirits uniquely Seattle.

Individuals, couples, and groups are all welcome.
