on. The palate mirrors the nose with a new layer of toasted coconut and spicy plums. I love the spice level on this bourbon! This can often be lost to oak notes in older whiskey. Pecans and pepper round out the palate. The finish is a delicious mix of toasted almonds and black tea. This moves to peach sun tea as it lingers.
