the volatile Texas climate for over five and a half years. The grain bill includes local Denton County Yellow Dent Corn, Texas Elbon Rye, and 2-Row Malted Barley. Aged 5+ years in a 53 gallon standard bourbon barrel at a 3.5 char level.
