Choose Your Own Cocktail Adventure

Have you ever sipped on a cocktail and thought to yourself, “Who came up with this and how in the world did they think of it?” If you answered yes, turn to page 53. Just kidding, but seriously, this class is right up your alley.

This is for anyone who has more than a passing interest in the art of cocktail creation. Each session will be led by an expert member of our bar staff. We begin with a base spirit selection and then you’ll choose your path. There’s no standard Old Fashioned here. We offer different cocktail choices each season so there will always be something new and interesting to discover. You’ll learn how to build flavors so you can take what you learned and craft your own unique recipes at home. Plus, we’ll show you some techniques you can practice to impress your guests at your next party.
