Honey Cask Finish is the second member of the Craftsman Cask Collection from Nelson's Green Brier.Their standard Belle Meade Bourbon was finished for several months in two casks which held natural honey from artisan producers TruBee Honey in Tennessee.The limited distillery-only release included 300 bottles, proofed at either 113.or 105.depending on the cask.
