The vanilla and oak tastes carry through, with some suggestions of orange and dark chocolate, and there?s a feel of scotch which suggests a barley component higher than the rye ? there?s just the merriest hint of the last. the taste is sweet, but never rises to any level of being cloying ? just very enjoyable and tasty.
Vanilla, oak, and the ?typical? bourbon corn aroma, with maybe a hint of grass ? inviting
Nicely ( as compared to jack and jim with essentially no finish), with the notice that this is higher than 80 proof ? just very smooth throughout. imho, this is to which jim beam white and black label might aspire.
