Quite bright, the spirit is not too integrated, but still with plenty of flavors. Vanilla fudge, soft peat, cheese, cold smoked ham and mineral. It is quite weak on the palate though
Soft peat, salt water, mineral, licorice and rubber. Herbs, think it is rosemary and estragon.
The finish is medium in length with black pepper, peat smoke and soft hints of strawberries
