The palate is sweet with notes of hard candy and bubblegum.The little bit of spice from the nose carries over and provides balance to the sweetness of this Whiskey.Overall, I was pleased with how the bubblegum of the nose carried over to the palate.
The flavors of sweet vanilla and bubblegum with accents of corn and allspice throughout.
The finish is medium to long and has a burn that is full of cinnamon and allspice.
It is distilled by Cascade Street Distillery in Sisters oregon, and is unique in that the water used by the company is filtered through volcanic rock. The Whiskey is aged 2 years, and the mashbill consists of undisclosed amounts of corn, rye, and barley.
