Our 1816 Reserve is an innovative update to our traditional straight bourbon Whiskey.Utilizing our own version of the classic solera process, we bring together 100 fully aged barrels of 1816 into one large, charred, oak barrel that never goes empty.After each small batch bottling, we then top the solera with 10-15 mature barrels.
