Definitely tastes like a young Whiskey, though not completely unpleasant.Started subtly with the vanilla and caramel they tout, but it got spicy rather quickly, almost to the point of being overwhelming.A splash of water after initial tasting really brought the flavors up front and subdued the burn nicely.
Alcohol, vanilla, and a smidgen of maple syrup and butterscotch.Pretty woody.
Spice gives way to a peppery, clove like finish, which I really enjoy.Immediate but short lived burn.
