Finished in new and used french oak for six months, this bourbon starts smooth and clean on the palette, picking up interesting middle palette notes o f clove and nutmeg before finally giving way to a lightly burnt caramel and sweet vanilla finish.All in all, a very smooth and pleasant young bourbon meant to be enjoyed either nea or on the rocks.
