Grand Traverse Distillery prides itself on using local grains and water sources for its in-house products.Their bourbon is made from 70% Michigan corn , 20% Michigan rye and 10% malted barley.It's aged 3 years and 3 months in a climate controlled rick house before blending to 92 proof with Michigan Great Lakes water, and is non-chill filtered.
