A lively palate brings cinnamon stick, buttered popcorn, snickerdoodle cookie, and peppery spice.
There is a lovely berry note on the nose, alongside milk chocolate, orange peel, leather, lilacs, spicy oak, and lemon icing.
The finish is long but thin, with lots of salinity.
