Syrupy. sweet, very sweet, sugary sweet and not corn syrup sweet. excellent, clean attack. cinnamon again, maple syrup. it?s so sweet, but pleasantly so and not cloying. the development starts to reveal some of that aggressive wood influence.
Classic and terrific. vanilla, toffee, rye spice. mild cinnamon and nutmeg.
The finish is brief, clean, and not complex. it?s stale vanilla, oak, mild cinnamon, oak, wood spice, and oak. there?s wisp of mint which is most pleasing. and some oak.
