Works unusually clear with a slight mineral hardness.Healthy pepperness, spicy oak, light smokiness.White pepper with water, corn sweetened with caramel syrup, a few drops of honey with a dollop of cherry jelly, a little smoke.
Freshly grated oak staves, a hint of smoke, a hint of ginger, a very light coolness .oak spices, ginger.There is also an inkling of vanilla quark.
Not too sweet caramel, smal orange notes, grapefruit, pepper and oak.Caramel syrup with water, very sweet vanilla cream, a hint of smoke.
For a Whiskey to call itself bourbon, its mash (the mixture of grains from which the product is distilled) must contain at least 51 per cent corn.The mash must be distilled at 160 proo or less, the distillate must be stored in charred new oak barrels at 125 proo or less, and it must not contain any additives.
