The mouthfeel is lightly creamy with flavors of sweet corn, earthiness and some light pepper.The palette experience is fairly short and mostly takes place at mid-mouth, hampered by a light BB gun oil taste.
It is moderately aggressive, with notes of sweet corn and silo aromas providing an earthy base that'sslightly salty.
The finish was long and hot in waves.It began as pepper, but quickly transitioned to white pepper and it appeared in repeated waves.
Equal parts Rye, Wheat, Corn, and Barley create a medley of unique flavors.Aged in small casks the Silver Cross has an incredible mouth feel and body. The palate has sweet caramel, spicy red fruit and pepper, rich malty earth notes and a silky smooth finish.
