Initially a syrupy, medicinal, cherry bomb. this softens through the sip as the wood influence and vanilla comes through, landing on cherry pie.
Similar to the red fruit jelly candies you?d find in a box of chocolates. raspberry, caramel chews, and a bit of milk chocolate. it?s for sure fruitier than the vsb nose.
Cherries hang around but closer to the dried kind. caramel, vanilla, leather and a bit of peppery rye heat.
