Old Elk Straight Wheated Bourbon is made with a mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley.It's aged for 5 years and bottled at 46% ABV us ing a 'slow-cut proofing'--adding Colorado mountain water to bring the bourbon to bottling proof over weeks instead of days.
