Pike Street Bourbon is a two-year-old bourbon aged in the extreme Minnesota climate.Made from a blend of Minnesota grown corn and wheat, we selected t he best hearts and aged them in Minnesota made barrels.Bottled at 92 proof for optimum taste and quality, Pike Street Bourbon is only selected when it has reached maturity in all three categories from nose to color and, most of all, a smooth, enjoyable taste.Mixe or neat it will be best enjoyed the same way it's made-slowly and in good company.

There was some warming sensation but no ethanol burn.The body was amazingly light and almost airy.
Aromas of toasted oak and corn quickly gave way to candie orange peel and vanilla.When I inhaled through my parted lips, I could swear the flavor of Corn Chex ran across my tongue.
A warm, long-lasting finish helped me identify what I experienced.It started with toasted coconut, which led to pecan, then oak, and finally, white pepper.
