Parker's Heritage Collection 12th Edition is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey which has been finished i orange Curacao Barrels.Each year as part of the Parker's Heritage Collection, they select a special Whiskey to be released in the name of their late Master Distiller Parker Beam.These barrels selected for this series include Bourbon, rye and wheat Whiskeys, among others, and are some of the finest and most diverse American Whiskeys ever produced.They are a fitting tribute to the expertise of Parker Beam.As the second barrel finished edition of the series, this edition continues to pave the way for innovation at Heaven Hill Distillery.This 7 to 8-year-old Bourbon has been aged in the upper floors of Rickhouse Q and finished for four months in barrels that previously aged Frenc orange curacao liqueur.Finally it is bottled without chill filtration at 110 proof.
