Very interesting nose, very tart vanilla with mellow oak, licorice, chalk, a little hay, nutshells, toffee, oatmeal, leather, a little cheesy Parmesan.
Apple kernels, malt, edged oak, very dry, autumn leaves, toffee and grapefruit, medium long Finish.
