Very strong caramel and cherry to start things off. the cherry starts to transform more into a maraschino syrup as the sip goes on, with a little bit of baking spice creeping in.
Bright, strong note of fruits like cherries, apples, and melons, almost like a fruit punch. beneath that there?s vanilla, toffee, and some charred oak.
The maraschino syrup is the biggest note to start, but a drying oak note, leather, and baking spice gradually take over. the spice and oak stick around the longest, and overall this has a long finish.
