The oak note is raw and rough, but not oft-putting. The bourbon is sweet on the tongue
The nose is sweet with maple syrup and corn, but there's also lots of cherry, green herbs, and cinnamon notes as well.
The finish is spicy and tangy and there's a slight chocolate note as well.
