Special occasions call for special sips - indulge in Pappy. Obviously extremely expensive and lots of hype around it but enjoy the special things in life and if you see it then trust me 100% worth it
Stagg Sunday - super strong oak flavor palette and very noticeable aroma of it as well. Very small hint of caramel as well but the oak is most prominent
The new 8 year is a tad sweeter in my opinion. Both are good pours.
I normally pop my bottles as soon as I get them but there is a bottle or two that I’m saving for a really special occasion. Pappy 20 is one of those bottles.

This bottle was very under appreciated in my bar for a while. I had to try it again after experiencing other bourbons over the year. Came to realize this bottle had several notes I loved.
