Tonight’s Dram: Caribou Crossing 🥃
Canada’s answer to the single barrel game — and it comes dressed to impress.
Nose: Ligh Read Moret but inviting — vanilla, soft oak, and a hint of maple sweetness.
Palate: Smooth and easy-drinking. Caramel, butterscotch, and a touch of fruit. Not overly complex, but well-balanced and clean.
Finish: Short to medium, with soft spice and a lingering sweetness.
Verdict: A beautiful bottle and a solid pour. If you’re into easygoing sippers with just enough character, this one’s worth a spot on the shelf. Read Less

**NEW BOURBON REVIEW**
I’ve had this bottle sitting on the shelf for a while now. Over time I took sips here and there but never really Read More cared much for it.
After a few months of developing my palate, I decided to reintroduce myself to it. This bottle isn’t half bad 👌🏾 it’s a sour mash but has some delivery on the flavor.
👃🏾: ripe fruit, caramel, vanilla, with oak and nuts
👅: caramel, peppery spice, with lingering oak and sour walnuts on the finish
Overall I give this bottle a 7.8/10 (nose- 8.2, palate- 7.5, finish- 8.8, price- 7.0). Not bad at all, but I wouldn’t consider it an everyday pour. Msrp isn’t bad at $60 but I have bottles at the same or lower price points that drink a bit better. Not bad to have on your shelf though 😎🥃
