  Actually only straight bourbon has the mandatory 2 years. Technically there is no set time limit. You could actually leave it in a new charred oak barrel for a day and it qualifies as bourbon.

I want to find a sweeter bourbon or whiskey. But not a spiced ie black velvet/crown royal type hate them.
